Returns
Products purchased from Samantha L.'s online store may be eligible for a store credit if returned unworn and in saleable condition within 14 days of the dispatch date. Please send your order back to us using the original packaging and the same shipping box (or a smaller one).
Items that are engraved or monogrammed cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a return at our sole discretion if the returned items do not comply with our return policies.
Returns Requirements
Please note that Samantha L. does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
For domestic orders, a flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your store credit once a shipping label is generated. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s), and the responsibility remains with the customer until our team confirms receipt.
Credits are issued once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Store credits are issued as digital gift cards, valid for use on samantha-l.com for up to three years. To start a return, please submit your request HERE.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns if:
- The product is not returned in its original condition or packaging
- The return is made outside the 14-day timeframe
- Engraved and monogrammed products
- The product is bespoke or custom-made
Samantha L. reserves the right to return any item(s) that do not meet these conditions to the sender.
